Edmund “Ted” Sears, M.D serves as Associate Program Director for the Medicine-Pediatrics Residency at MMC and the Associate Program Director for the MMC Pulmonary-Critical Care Fellowship. He completed medical school at the Dartmouth-Brown Program through Brown Medical School, then his Medicine-Pediatrics residency, Internal Medicine Chief Residency, and Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship at Brown University. He has been practicing at MMC since 2012, and practices general pulmonary and critical care medicine at Chest Medicine Associates, both outpatient and inpatient. He has a specific interest in transitional pulmonary care and adult cystic fibrosis care and is Associate Director of the MMC Adult CF Program, which draws on his Med-Pedes training. He has active research interests in CF therapeutics.
